Dr. Patrizia Antoni Attorney
Dr. Patriza Antoni is a founding Partner in AHS Lawyers. Patrizia’s practice focuses on business and corporate law, employment law, tax law, contract law and litigation. Patrizia has been practicing law for 20 years. She is a certified specialist in tax law (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) and a certified specialist in employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht). She is fluent English.
Patrizia has practiced both in the law firm environment and as an in-house counsel. She has represented businesses throughout her career. Her focus has been on helping businesses do what they do best and making sure they don’t get sidetracked by legal issues.
Patrizia acts as counsel to many private businesses and entrepreneurs on a day to day business, including drafting and negotiating contracts, collections, litigation. She has negotiated, prepared, and facilitated private mergers. Patrizia has prepared and negotiated lease agreements, loan documents, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements and others.
